Description
A two-day non-liveaboard course offered on a 38 foot luxury sailboat.
The course is all on the water and will teach the basics of cruising, sail handling, anchoring and some navigation.
It is the first part of a two-part course. In this Module A course you can achieve the Sail Canada Basic Crew Standard. Successful students can then go on to take the Module B course for the Basic Cruising Standard (Day Skipper).
For a study guide, we use the Sail Canada Basic Cruising Manual which can be purchased separately. The cruising manual is recommended for the Module A course but not compulsory.
